Heated basalt stones are used to massage and soothe tense and sore muscles. The heat and weight of the stones deeply penetrate muscle layers without the discomfort of deep pressure. 

A nurturing massage with proper positioning and support for mom-to-be. This 75 minute session gives special attention to easing sore areas and reducing swelling. Relaxing Swedish strokes are accompanied with a few warm and/or cool marble stones to soothe and pamper. 

Also called Abhyanga, this massage is part of wellness therapy in Ayurveda - India's ancient holistic form of healing. Herbs specific to your dosha, or mind-body type, are infused in oil. The oil is warmed, then generously applied in a unique full-body massage style that is balancing and restorative. The massage also features an abdominal massage and facial marma point work.
